On September 6, the Center for Contemporary Art, CCA Tashkent, on Amir Temur Avenue, welcomes its first visitors. The center opens with the exhibition Hikmah, which is about wisdom, spirit and the transformation of matter.

The exhibition features works by Uzbek and international artists, some of them created specially for these halls. Among them is Nest by Tarik Kiswanson, a sculpture made of steel, resin and fiberglass that grows inward on itself like a nest.

The exhibition runs until January 31, 2027, and the center is open six days a week.

Admission is free.
