Kalta Minor Minaret
Monument · Khiva · Khorezm

The symbol of Khiva: an unfinished minaret clad in blue and white tiles. Muhammad Amin Khan intended it to rise higher than the minaret in Bukhara, but construction stopped after his death. Its unusual present-day form is unique.
