Gennady Viktorovich Khazanov
A new solo evening
This is not just a concert and not just a creative meeting. It is a journey along the roads of memory — funny, touching, unexpected and sometimes very personal.
In the program "I Am Overgrowing with Memory," Gennady Khazanov tells stories from his life: about childhood and youth, about the stage and backstage, about meetings with great people, about chance events that changed his fate, and about events that remained in memory forever.
The audience can expect Khazanov's famous humor, subtle self-irony, unexpected confessions and memories in which laughter sits alongside reflection, and cheerful episodes alongside stories that make you think.
A special part of the evening is a showing of unique video materials from the artist's personal archive. Rare footage, fragments of performances, television recordings and moments never before shown to the general public will help the audience see not only a famous artist, but also a person who has lived a bright life full of events.
"I Am Overgrowing with Memory" is a heart-to-heart conversation with the audience, where the past comes alive in stories, images and smiles. An evening that will be funny. It will be sad. It will be interesting. And, most importantly, it will be genuine.
Gennady Khazanov invites you to share with him the memories that life is made of.
