“LET'S PRETEND WE'RE WORKING” (satirical farce) The play “Let's Pretend We're Working” (Snos), staged from the play “The Dream of the Cleaning Woman” by Erkin A'zam, People's Writer of Uzbekistan, is a satirical farce that holds up a mirror to today's society. The performance gives the people of this very society a chance to see their own reflection on stage. The events of the play, half joke and half serious, are in fact real life and truth, and the audience realizes this without wanting to.
