The Ilkhom Theatre will present the play "The Tin Drum", based on the novel by Nobel Prize winner Günter Grass, staged by Boris Gafurov.

The main character is a boy, Oskar, who, disappointed in the world of adults, simply stops growing. His view from "below" shows society in an unusually grotesque light, and the hero's drum solo unfolds against the backdrop of 20th-century German history. It is a tragicomic story with an unpredictable plot that makes you both laugh and cry.
