An evening of classical music masterpieces performed by the National Symphony Orchestra will unite deep northern lyricism and the energetic modernism of the early 20th century.

The program will open with landmark works by the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius: the heartfelt "Valse triste" and the monumental Symphony No. 2, which combines the austere landscapes of northern nature with a powerful finale.

The second key event will be Sergei Prokofiev's innovative Piano Concerto No. 1, known for its rapid rhythm and expressiveness. The solo part will be performed by pianist Nikita Stetsenko.
