The “dome of the money changers” was a currency exchange centre in Silk Road times and is the largest four-domed trading complex. It is reached via a raised walkway above the Magoki Attori Mosque. Today it is full of shops selling embroidery, ceramics and traditional costumes, a living example of Bukhara's trading culture.
